An appreciation party was hosted on Friday night at Amazonia Churrascaria, as General Manager Hubert Solagnier, Assistant Restaurant Manager Carolina Raven, Chef Victor Olivares and Director of Marketing Irma Bijen, entertained the island concierges in the garden, under the stars.

The concierges were invited on the occasion of the a la carte option introduction. And while the party was designed to give them a good time and to express gratitude for the business they generate, it also served as a networking opportunity as Hubert, Carolina and Irma, were on hand to answer all questions about the new feature, the a la carte dining.

From this week on small eaters, and patrons with distinct menu favorites, can opt to just order a skewer or two of their preferred item. All meat-lovers and hearty eaters may opt for the traditional, continuous parade of gauchos, slicing more than 14 cuts of grilled beef, chicken, lamb, pork & sausage, accompanied by an extravagant forty-item, frequently changing seasonal salad bar. And on Saturday & Sunday, the local special continues to grant terrific value-for-money to local patrons.
